Refund & Returns Policy

At Derma Elite, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or leaking product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • Images of the outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.


Incorrect Product Received

If you receive an item different from the one you ordered:

  • Notify us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Keep the product unopened and in its original condition.
  • Our team will arrange an exchange after verification.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Personal skincare items used after delivery

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded through bank transfer or store credit after approval.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer:

  • Store credit
  • An alternative product of equal value
  • A refund where applicable

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and the order will fall under our standard Returns Policy.

To request an order cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order.
